About the contract
We work on a 12-month retainer model. This ensures continuous, high-quality content delivery and allows us to plan long-term strategies tailored to your goals.
Yes – all travel, gear, and production crew costs are included in your retainer.
The only thing we kindly ask for is accommodation and meals during our stay – which, for most of our resort partners, is naturally available on-site.
That way, we keep logistics lean and focus entirely on capturing your destination at its best.
We can either work with your in-house team or provide professional models and creators, depending on your vision. We’ll coordinate casting and styling in advance.
Definitely. We start with a strategy call and moodboard to align on brand style, content formats, and goals. Every shot is tailored to your destination.
We typically plan our shoots 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure optimal timing for your season, weather conditions, and available team. For multi-resort clients, we can schedule a full-year calendar in advance.
